About The Role

• Direct reporting to Bollore Logistics Timor Managing Director
• Assists Managing Director of Bollore Logistics Timor financial and statutory requirements induced by any management decision
• Implements the Financial policy and procedures defined by the Bollore Logistics Timor Management / ASPAC Region
• Assists Bollore Logistics Timor on Operational team / Business analysis
• Assist Bollore Logistics Timor on back-office management

What You Will Be Doing

1 Main Duties

• Provides business decision support to Business Unit Heads to ensure achievement of the financial goals of the business.
• Leads the preparation and analysis of the business unit’s budget and long-range financials including financial evaluation of new business initiatives
• Ad hoc analysis entity activity and costs through regional tools (Sun accounts, Infocenter, Pegasus) and provides best advice to management.
• Budget production under MD amp; FM supervision
• Checks and enforces the strict application of internal control procedures
• Prevention of any risk impacting operations, Pamp;L, taxes, or country statutory and legal requirements
• Controls the investments and provide concise profitability analysis to FM and Managing Director and Regional ASPAC Finance
• Monthly reporting amp; Flash comments coordination and report production
• Report accurate accounting following regulations and Group policies

• Balance sheet review
• Debit risk review
• Open Folio matching management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment as financial controller or management accountant

• Basic knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Incoterms, etc.
• Advance in Ms. Excel
• Advance in Financial Planning amp; Analysis
• Advance in Budgeting
• Certified in Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow detailed instructions with accuracy
• Meticulous with good analytical and problem solving skills
