Our client is looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire business. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as managing director of corporate operations and as the main link between the different divisions within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders.

- Create and implement the company or organization’s vision and mission.
- Evaluate the success of the company.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in developing strategies and implementing visions.
- Understanding of corporate governance and performance management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of markets, finance, and performance metrics.
